super central and well-equipped
central location fresh capsules
the hotel is in a very central location with a bus stop nearby for direct airport transport. my room had a coffee machine with fresh capsules daily. i also had a kettle, hairdryer, and iron, all very useful. cookies and water were available and refreshed each day.
I encountered an issue with the bathroom. It was fully wheelchair accessible. this meant handrails, an open shower, and a different sink were present. these features were not comfortable for me, as i do not require them.

I found the staff very friendly and helpful. The location was central. I walked everywhere. The room was super clean (which is always a plus). Breakfast had excellent food with much choice.
The room faced an alleyway, but this did not bother me too much.

convenient location contemporary decor helpful staff
i found the location very convenient for exploring nearby attractions the room was clean and well-kept with contemporary decor i especially liked the helpful staff they were very friendly. the bar offered a relaxed environment.
the sink drained a little slowly it was a minor issue

friendly staff fantastic location noisy room rushing water
Staff were SOOO friendly and helpful. The location was also FANTASTIC!!!
The room was VERY noisy. I could hear water rushing through pipes whenever someone flushed a toilet. It was REALLY disruptive during the night.

The location made getting around VERY easy. The room included a coffee machine and good WiFi. Breakfast offered great value and quality.

The hotel is very close to the main streets. Patrick st, Paul street and Oliver plunket street are within a short walk, great. The hotel also has an agreement with a nearby parking garage, it costs about €16 per day.

room issues and upselling annoyances
staff were very friendly, and the young girl on the reception desk was lovely.
the constant upselling attempts before i arrived became pretty irritating, with numerous texts and emails. really, i was already paying for the room. the lack of a fridge in the room was also a downside.

loud music shower design
the room was quite noisy i could hear music from outside until late. it really affected my sleep. also there was only one small drawer for clothes. that was definitely not enough space for my things. the shower design meant water sprayed all over the floor. i found that very inconvenient.
